Today’s Blender : 1 c blueberries + 1 c spinach + 1 scoop vanilla spiru-tein + 1/3c oatmeal + 1 c milk + ice. Blend. Serve. Drink!
I’ve had a few people ask me about the milk. I use 2%. I’ve tried skim and I’m not a fan, but don’t let that stop you. I’m sure they’d be just as wonderfully tasty with any unflavored milk you use. I make note of when I use a flavored milk (like the almond coconut). Once again, your mileage may vary!
